We bought this for a secret Santa gift for my husbands work. We had a little issue with tracking due to the wonderful arctic blast storm. The seller was amazing when communicating with them. We thought it was lost, because it was stuck in the same spot for two weeks. The seller was always in communication with me making sure we got it.
